Thank you for becoming a member of Utah Outfitters and Guides Association (U.O.G.A.). We are committed to providing valuable services, resources, and advocacy to our members. By joining our association, you agree to the following terms regarding membership dues:

1. No Refunds or Returns on Membership Dues

Membership dues are non-refundable and non-returnable once payment has been made. This policy applies to all membership categories, including individual, organizational, and corporate memberships.

• Membership Payment: All membership dues are due at the time of registration and are considered fully earned once paid.

• No Refunds: U.O.G.A. does not offer refunds or prorated amounts for membership dues under any circumstances, including but not limited to voluntary membership cancellation, non-usage of membership benefits, or change in personal circumstances.

2. Compliance with Utah and U.S. Laws

U.O.G.A.’s no-refund policy is compliant with applicable laws, including those specific to non-profit organizations under the 501(c)(6) tax-exempt status, as well as consumer protection laws in Utah and the United States. As a professional trade association, we are not required to provide refunds under these regulations for membership dues.

3. Membership Term and Renewal

• Membership Term: Membership benefits are valid for a one-year term from the date of payment, unless otherwise specified. After this term, membership will automatically renew, and the next year's dues will be charged to the payment method on file unless you notify us in writing at least 30 days before your renewal date.

• Renewal Notices: You will receive timely notices about membership renewal. If you do not wish to renew, you must opt-out prior to the renewal date.

4. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this policy unless mandated by law. If you believe there are extenuating circumstances that might qualify you for a refund, please contact us, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. However, it is important to note that refunds for membership dues are not typically granted.
